Belonging, Equity, and Inclusion Nonprofit Cohort

 

Has your nonprofit organization made a commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging? Are you looking to shift towards an anti-racist and anti-oppressive organizational culture? We’re excited to offer a 6-month leadership learning cohort for nonprofits who are actively working on shifting their culture.

Cohort Participants: We require that each organization send three representatives to participate in this cohort (the Executive Director, a board member, and a senior staff member).

This cohort included 8 nonprofits across the U.S. (each bringing a team of three representatives from their organization ~ a board member, the Executive Director (or senior leader), and a staff person who primarily presents the community served. This year’s participating organizations were:
