Belonging, Equity, and Inclusion Nonprofit Cohort

 

Has your nonprofit organization made a commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging? Are you looking to shift towards an anti-racist and anti-oppressive organizational culture? We’re excited to offer a 6-month leadership learning cohort for nonprofits who are actively working on shifting their culture.

Cohort Participants: We require that each organization send three representatives to participate in this cohort (the Executive Director, a board member, and a senior staff member).

  • -Six cohort sessions held on the last Thursday of every month from 9am-2pm PST (12pm-5pm EST/9am-2pm PST) from May to October

    -Monthly peer to peer coaching sessions (scheduled at a time that works for you and your peer group)

    -One-on-one monthly 90-minute consulting/group coaching from Healing Equity United (optional)

    -Access to resources, tools, and shared learning

    -Online Slack channel for communication to ask questions, get feedback and support from others

    1. Recognize where your organization is on the spectrum towards building an inclusive culture

    2. Understand what it means to fully transform into an anti-racist and anti-oppressive organization

    3. Strategize on next steps that your organization can take to move forward

    4. Learn from and connect with other nonprofit organizations and leaders who are also working towards building an anti-oppressive and anti-racist culture
