Building Bridges Cohort Program
A 6-week journey to deepen connection, grow communication skills, and practice courageous bridge-building across difference.
In a time of deepening divides—across race, politics, generation, and lived experience—it’s more important than ever to build the muscles of trust, vulnerability, and relational courage. Whether you're trying to navigate hard conversations in the workplace or foster deeper connection in your community, the Building Bridges Cohort Program is a chance to slow down, reflect, and grow.
This program is designed to help participants:
Strengthen emotional self-awareness and relational presence
Practice deep listening and honest, compassionate communication
Explore tools for feedback, generative conflict, and calling in
Cultivate psychological safety and trust—especially across lines of difference
Through a mix of facilitated sessions and small-group Experiential Connection Labs (in the style of T-groups), participants will engage in personal reflection, interpersonal skill-building, and real-time practice.

For individuals not sponsored by an organization:
The standard rate is $375, based on $75 per session.
Early Bird Rate: $350 if you apply and register by August 1.
For participants with organizational support, select the rate based on your organization’s annual budget:
Solidarity Rate (Grassroots Organizations/Nonprofits Under $1M Budget): $475
Base Rate (Nonprofits $1M-$5M Budget & Small Businesses): $550
Sustainability Rate (Nonprofits $5M-$10M Budget & Government Agencies): $600
Redistribution Rate (Nonprofits $10M+ Budget & Philanthropy): $750
If your organization is covering your participation, we ask that you select the level that most accurately reflects your org’s resources and budget.

-
We aim to create a space that is trauma-informed and accessible. Zoom live captions are enabled, and we offer short breaks during sessions. Please let us know in the application if you have specific access needs.
-
Yes, we offer 1-2 scholarships if and when we are able. Healing Equity United is a BIPOC women-led consulting firm that holds space for deep emotional and relational transformation. While we believe strongly in accessibility, we also recognize that the expectation for women of color to offer this work for free or deeply discounted is part of the very inequity we’re working to undo. We do our best to offer scholarships when possible. If cost is a barrier beyond the sliding scale options, please indicate that in your application — and we’ll follow up with you directly.
