Over the past seven years, Healing Equity United’s (HEU) community has grown through shared learning, courageous conversations, and a collective commitment to advancing equity and inclusion. Many of you have participated in our webinars, strategy sessions, and other learning opportunities, and have also generously supported our work with their time, energy, and resources. As a token of appreciation, HEU invites you to join our upcoming virtual listening session designed specifically for our most dedicated supporters and participants.

This session is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and share your experiences as you navigate equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work within your organizations and communities. Together, we will explore:

• The equity-related challenges and opportunities you are currently experiencing

• Emerging needs and priorities within nonprofit and mission-driven organizations

• The types of consulting, coaching, training, and facilitation services that would be most valuable to you

• Skills, competencies, and leadership capacities you would like our support in developing

• Ideas for future learning opportunities, resources, and community engagement

This will be an interactive conversation—NOT a webinar. Your insights, experiences, priorities, and perspectives will help shape future programs, services, and resources that better support organizations working to create equitable and inclusive workplaces, communities, and true spaces of belonging.
